September Update

The kids are back to School, the students have returned, and the nights are drawing in… time for another housing survey!  We are looking for volunteers to spend three weekday evenings in October (between 6-8pm) helping us with the continuation of our housing survey.  This very important work will provide us with facts about our community (not available any other way) that we can use to guide our neighbourhood plan to benefit all those who live and work in our area.  We need your help with this, so if you can spare even one evening, please get in touch at info@bbest.org.uk.  We’d really appreciate it!

Summer update

The Broomhill Infant School Fair was wonderful.  Thanks to all who helped with our stall and to the Friends of Broomhill School who invited us to the event. Welcome to our new members and thanks for all the great comments we have gathered both at this event and over the course of the last few months.  We are now slowing down a bit as we come to summer holidays, but there is a lot more coming up in September. We will be continuing to look at issues that affect our community with an emphasis on the Broomhill retail centre as well as planning for additional surveys and events to build our neighbourhood plan.  Since this is our plan, please join in and do your part to help shape it.  Get in touch at info@bbest.org.uk.
